A light and fragrant Pinot Noir, reminiscent of the elegant northern burgundy style of the villages of Volnay and Beune.  Bouquet and palate show red cherry fruit in a pleasing balance with acid and oak. This wine forms an excellent accompaniment to light summer dishes and if served as an aperitif during the warmer summer months. It would benefit from light chilling, especially during warmer days.

Alcohol 13% by vol.                    Residual sugar 4gm/L
